At The Haven Spa, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. NEED TO CANCEL?

What You Need to Know

At The Haven, your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected events and illness can happen. 

A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment, if we do not receive this deposit a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment it may be cancelled. 

If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to avoid losing deposit. 

TARDINESS

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at The Haven Spa and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimise any disruption to our staff and other customers.
